I had the opportunity to work with Rob Davis and Capital Investments on a past sale. I had a short sale listing and the home needed some work. Rob contacted me and asked that I represent him as well as the seller. Rob performed all aspects that a buyer needed to as well as was patient waiting for the lender approval of the short sale. Rob was very professional and did everything requested in a timely manner.
